On Friday May 17th, we are so pleased to welcome Certified Sake Professional, and That's Life Sake consultant Ayaka Oda to cohost what will absolutely be one of our most exciting tasting events yet: Exploring Cheese & Sake.
Despite having very little shared history, Sake & Cheese are a natural match. Sake has such a diverse flavour profile that it is really, very fun to pair with cheese.
At this event, you'll get a crash course in Sake to get you up to speed. You'll taste a remarkable breadth of styles; and pair them with some exquisite cheeses from around the world. As always, we'll explain not just what works, but why--so you can create your own pairings at home.
Your ticket gets you entry to the session, along with a guided tasting of 5x sakes, 5x cheeses and a private shopping session after the event. All cheeses & sakes served will be available for purchase.
*This event runs approximately 1.5 hours and takes place in our store. It is a casual affair that requires you to stand through the duration of the event. If this is an issue, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.

Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date.
Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed.
We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
