Sauvignon Blanc 45%, Chardonnay 40%, with 15% of Marsanne from 2021. All grapes sourced from Gerald and Jocelyne at Le Mazel. The Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay were direct pressed over 4 days. The fermentation stalled and so Marsanne from 2021 was added to help the process along. The first wine to spend time in their newly acquired Alsacien foudres in their new cellar. Over a year in these large barrels not topped up. Salty and breezy with great concentration and rich
acidity. Moreish and highly expressive with white flowers and a golden core of fruit. A little spritz on the palate lifts everything up, and amplifies its expression. A lovely signature white from Anne and Anders.
Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date.
Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed.
We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
