IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT HOLIDAY DELIVERY AND PICK UP

Hi everyone,

First off, I want to say thanks for all of the care and support we have received over the last 9 months. It’s been a crazy year and we certainly wouldn’t have made it through without all of you.It has been a year of huge changes around here and we are super proud of the work we’ve accomplished to quickly launch our online and retail bottle shops. That being said, it’s not perfect and every week seems to pose a new unprecidented challenge for us to wrap our heads around.

We wanted to communicate a few dates and deadlines for everyone to keep in mind to ensure a smooth and happy holiday cheese time. We’re sorry some of these are short notice. Unfortunately due to the unpredictable nature of this year’s holiday season we haven’t been able to plan as far ahead as we would have liked.

Good News First: We will be delivering orders on Tuesday AND Wednesday this week! The bad news though is that if you haven’t already submitted your order for delivery this Tuesday we cannot guarantee which day you will receive your delivery. Our goal is to get each and everyone one out for delivery as soon as possible and we will stand by that.

Some of you may have already noticed, our current wait time for pick-up orders is higher than usual. We are doing our best to fulfil orders as fast as possible however, we are currently backed up quite a bit so, if you need an order for pick-up please place it at least a day in advance as we can not guarantee same-day fulfillment of pick up orders during the holidays. As always you will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up and if you don’t want to wait in line you can give us a call and we can bring it out to the curb in front of the store for you ASAP.

Finally: Pick-Up orders will be paused on Dec 24th and 25th. So, Please submit your Christmas Eve pick up orders by 7:00pm on Dec 23rd at the latest.
